When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Our Surgery has a limited amount of appointments.

When they are all booked, the receptionist will offer an alternative. This might be with GP+, the pharmacy or via our online triage form.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

Home Visits

  • Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. For this reason, we ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your condition means you cannot attend our practice.
  • Please ring before 10am to arrange a visit and let us know if your condition is urgent. The receptionist will confirm your details to enable the doctor allocated your visit to ring beforehand if necessary.
  • You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
