Crisis Sanctuaries

Nottinghamshire Crisis Sanctuaries can help you with support, information and guidance if you are over 18 years old and experiencing mental health issues or in a mental health crisis.

 

Trained crisis intervention workers provide recovery focussed crisis support and onward community referrals can be made if required.

Harmless services

The tomorrow Project helps anyone affected by suicide, friends, family, community members and professionals. They offer support, information and advice.

They also offer postvention support including a clinical therapy service.

 

 

 

Crisis -tomorrow project

Service offer includes assessment, stabilisation and therapy for those experiencing suicide crisis. Not 24/7

 

Self Harm support services are offered including counselling and psychotherapy both face to face and virtually as well as clinical support workers who provide a stabilisation intervention to those who self-harm

There is advice and guidance on a range of subjects, from bullying and exam stress, to family separation and depression.
